Train will absorb carbon dioxide

The train can absorb carbon dioxide in the air on the way. Although it may sound surprising, the train will soon be seen in North America. To reduce the amount of carbon dioxide in the air, the train has been developed by US-based technology company 'CO2 Rail' with the help of the University of Toronto, Canada.

In addition to changing the design of the train carriages, special absorbers have been added to collect the carbon dioxide in the air. When train is moving the absorption devices collect carbon dioxide in the air and store it in liquid form in certain chambers.

Stored liquid carbon dioxide in trains can be transferred to any tanker. So there is no need to worry about the carbon dioxide storage capacity. Through the special technology train, it will be possible to absorb about six thousand tons of carbon dioxide from the air every year.
